"Stand on the Cornerstone," We are confronted with the vital question of what foundation we are truly building our lives upon. Grounded in the glorious reality that Jesus Christ is the living Stone—chosen and precious in the sight of God, yet rejected by the world—Peter reveals that believers are living stones being built together into a spiritual house to offer acceptable worship through Him. Because every human foundation of success, reputation, control, or human approval will ultimately fail when tested, true repentance requires tearing down every competing foundation and aligning our lives entirely around Christ. Far from offering neutral ground, the Cornerstone is either the secure foundation upon which we stand without fear of ultimate shame, or the stumbling stone over which the disobedient fall. Watch the full sermon on our youtube channel to examine your foundation, tear down what competes with Jesus, and stand firm on the only Stone that will never fail!
